When checking out, please enter your address details carefully. We will not accept responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect addresses as a result of user error.
Using a work address is sometimes the best way to receive a parcel if there is nobody home to accept the delivery. Also, rates are often cheaper to a business address.
Delivery times are provided by the carrier and are estimates only.
To prevent any delays in your delivery, please ensure there will be somebody to accept the delivery.
When checking out, you can opt for an "unattended delivery" (Authority to Leave) which will authorise the courier to leave the delivery in a safe location at your address. This is at the discretion of the courier and we cannot guarantee your order will be left in a particular location. You can contact us and request an unattended delivery/authority to leave after ordering and before your order has shipped. Some carriers allow changes to delivery instructions after the item has been shipped. This varies by carrier, and can be arranged with the carrier directly.
We accept no liability for parcels accepted or signed for by a third party or left unattended on your behalf.
Payment must be made in full before any items are released for shipping. Under no circumstances will we dispatch or deliver goods without full payment or on any credit terms.
PoolSpot uses Signifyd, a third-party fraud prevention and protection service to screen potentially fraudulent orders. Sometimes legitimate orders are flagged as possible fraud. We will attempt to contact you if your order has been flagged. If we cannot contact you within 5 business days we will cancel your order. We may require proof that you are the legitimate credit card holder.
We endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible. We generally aim to dispatch stocked items within 1-2 business days. Factors that may affect this include:

We can provide delivery and installation in Brisbane, Ipswich, Redlands, Logan, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast only.
PoolSpot recommends that you take out insurance on your order. Delivery insurance is available during checkout. This is provided by QBE via our freight partner Temando. More info here PoolSpot accepts no liability for lost or damaged parcels where delivery insurance was opted-out.
Please contact us if you require us to deliver to a PO Box. Oversize and heavy / bulky items, as well as dangerous goods, cannot be sent with Australia Post.
